Sports Psychology

Individual and group work with adults and 10-14 year old teenagers.

The program includes an initial interview and six areas of work.

Modules are selected individually according to the goals and objectives — individually after consultation.

Training program

The initial interview is a conversation with parents or a trainer. Analysis and conduct of psychological tests (drawing, leadership skills, psychoenergy diagnostics).

Fighting fears. Pre-start fever or jitters is the problem that most athletes face, it interferes in sports performances so much that pre-prepared results are not shown. The goal and objective is to help eliminate pre-start fever, get rid of phobias or fears. The work uses methods from oriental practices.

Confidence. The ability of an athlete, through composure and coordination to move towards the goal - is clearly easy and free, helping to achieve the final result without fuss. When a person or athlete is confident in himself, he influences himself and his rivals with his condition and energy.

Yoga-concentration. A training program has been developed for teams that use yoga and combat qigong. The complex is aimed at entering into a fighting state with the help of which you calmly perform in the sports arena and perform elements more efficiently. There are improvements in psychological, energetic and functional terms.

Visualization. A technique by which a person is able to clearly create a thought form in which he moves toward a goal. For an athlete it is becoming a champion, and if a person is not able to visualize the result, then it will be very difficult to achieve it. This is the ability to concentrate, to achieve that what you are going to.

Concentration. A person who is able to concentrate by throwing away unnecessary and focusing on the main thing, while accumulating energy - reaches the goal that is set. Concentration is the skill and experience of how to assemble yourself to a point. In eastern psychology it is the “Ajna Center”, in western - the pituitary gland, a place where a person can clearly control his thoughts by concentrating.

Will accumulation. Volitional energy is the energy of the universe. Will is the core for achieving a goal; in sports, without it it is impossible to achieve anything at all. A person who can make an effort at the most difficult moment is becoming a champion. It is necessary to learn, develop and use the will.
